Sustainability Certification

We accompany companies and regions in their process towards sustainability, from the development of a strategy to the practical implementation. Our approach is ambitious, the work is based on internationally recognized standards with a focus on a significant and comprehensive business development.

We accompany organizations individually from their starting point, motivate them to take manageable steps and encourage them to act consistently and responsibly. To the point of a recognized sustainability certification.

Certification in tourism

We have already guided more than ten tourism destinations towards their sustainability certification.

Additionally we accompany companies, such as tour operators, hotels or other organizations, on their path to an outstanding certification.

We are proud partners, coaches and auditors of the international consulting and certification agency TourCert.

International partnerships

Since many years we are involved in setting standards and developing sustainability criteria and indicators.

We are proud to be an official member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council , the international accreditation body for sustainability certification in tourism.

We are involved in the European think tank Ecotrans e.V., where experts get involved to impact the latest developments in the field of sustainability certification.

Research

In collaboration with the Center for Sustainable Tourism at the University for Sustainable Development in Eberswalde, we regularly conduct research on current topics as well as on sustainability certifications. This way, we not only stay well informed, but also dive deep into processes and frameworks for certifications.
